September 2021. SpaceX Crew Dragon Resilience launched four civilians into the highest orbit since the Hubble servicing missions. They collected 2,911 biospecimens across 7 timepoints — creating the most comprehensive molecular portrait of civilian spaceflight.

Z-scores computed per crew member against their own pre-flight baseline (L-92, L-44, L-3). Domain scores = mean |z-score| across constituent biomarkers. n=4, no control group. Cytokine concentrations via Eve Technologies multiplex. CBC via Quest Diagnostics.
